Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at our Bellevue location. In this role, you will be responsible for creating cohesive branding on our website, creating graphics for our videos, and consistently working on before and after photos, with a strong focus on design aspects. This position is part-time for 20 hours per week and requires a minimum of 8 hours of on-site presence per week. Proficiency in essential software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all online platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual appeal

- Collaborate with the team to create visually compelling graphics for marketing materials, website, social media, and other promotional materials

- Design, and update the company's website to ensure optimal user experience and a visually striking design

- Create high-quality before and after photos, focusing on design aspects to enhance visual impact

- Work closely with the video team to design and create graphics to be used in promotional videos and other multimedia projects

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative design elements into projects

- Manage design projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained

- Collaborate to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience

- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and creativity.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work, including website design, before and after photos, and video graphics

- Proficiency in essential design software, including InDesign, Lightroom, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

- Solid understanding of design principles, layout composition, and typography

- Expertise in creating visually appealing website designs with a focus on user experience

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously, while also being a team player
