AdHoc Projects is seeking a freelance Graphic Designer to create a variety of design assets on a project basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assets for various digital and OOH campaigns. You’ll work with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and sales to bring agency & client concepts to life via impactful, head-turning creative.

This freelance position is hired on a project basis with an estimated 5 hours per week from August-November 2024.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with agency to develop design briefs outlining objectives, creative approach, and brand guidelines.
Create compelling assets that reflect design briefs, brand identity, and project goals. Assets may include and are not limited to: digital and print advertising, marketing collateral, social media graphics & templates, poster artworks & fliers, pitch decks, wayfinding signage, typography, and brand identity docs.
Articulate your creative approach and explain your design decisions with each draft.
Revise and refine designs based on consolidated feedback from client and agency team.
Ensure all design work meets the agency's quality standards and deadlines.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas forward.

Requirements

2+ years of graphic design experience at a creative agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Keynote.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
