alldae superfruit soda is a fast-growing beverage brand reinventing afternoon energy. Our lightly caffeinated soda is made with real fruit juice and upcycled coffee fruit—no added sugar, no stevia—just clean, refreshing energy.

We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing & Social Media Manager to help shape our brand, grow our audience, and bring alldae to life online. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who’s hungry to learn, create, and take ownership.

What You’ll Do

Own and manage alldae’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms)
Create and publish engaging content (short-form video, posts, stories, captions)
Help develop and execute brand and social marketing strategy
Build and manage content calendars around launches, events, and campaigns
Engage with our community and help grow our following organically
Track performance and iterate based on what’s working
Support broader marketing efforts (events, partnerships, retail moments, etc.)

Who You Are

0–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Deeply fluent in Instagram and TikTok—you know trends, formats, and what performs
Creative, proactive, and comfortable testing ideas in a startup environment
Strong written communicator with a feel for brand voice
Passionate about food & beverage, wellness, sustainability, or consumer brands
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team
Has basic photo/video editing skills (Capcut, Canva, etc).

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with early-stage or DTC brands
Located in Southern California (for occasional in-person content, events, or sampling)
