Social Media Manager (Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity)

Location: Remote in Florida (must be within driving distance of Tequesta / West Palm Beach for regular content shoots)

We’re looking for a creative, driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of our brand’s social presence. This role starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

What You’ll Do:

Own and manage all brand social channels including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (photo, video, copy)
Coordinate and capture on-site content at nearby corporate locations
Manage our online community with timely, thoughtful responses
Grow engagement, reach, and overall platform performance
Manage influencer partnerships: sourcing creators, coordinating collaborations, and tracking performance
Stay plugged into influencer culture and identify strong partnership opportunities
Track performance analytics and help shape our social strategy

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years hands-on experience managing social platforms for a brand
Experience working with food & beverage brands is a major plus
A genuine passion for health and wellness; someone who naturally aligns with our brand lifestyle
Strong content creation skills (photo/video/short-form editing)
Experience managing influencer relationships or creator partnerships
A strategic mind with a creative edge
Comfort being on-site for shoots as needed
Someone who understands trends, creators, and emerging content formats
Ability to take initiative and own the social calendar end-to-end
