Key Responsibilities

Create and design various materials for sales, marketing and product collateral
Maintain a content calendar for all design projects and ensure a timely delivery of projects across all department initiatives
Leverage your own expertise to handle complex projects independently
work with other designers, videographers, copywriters, web developers, marketing stakeholders, and external partners to create fun and meaningful experiences that communicate the BigMarker brand
Creatively problem solve and clearly communicate design decisions and compelling stories that inspire action
Work with design and marketing leads to plan growth and overall design directions

Requirements

Strong portfolio illustrating your design process and examples
5+ years experience creating designs for web, mobile and print
Experience designing for a SaaS business preferred
Primary knowledge of working in Figma, Sketch, or other modern design tools
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously whilst exhibiting reliable judgment and stability
Ability to create marketing videos and animations a bonus
Illustration capabilities a bonus
Curious, open-minded and ego-free. You have a growth mindset and thrive on continuous learning
Respect and knowledge of process and the ability to wireframe, mockup and iterate
Comfort researching, outlining, and advocating for new processes as needed
Extensive knowledge working with typography and copy
An ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of creative minds and business stakeholders
Work experience and strong communication skills in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts, Design or a related field
