OneSeven Tech (OST) is seeking an entry Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. We are looking for a designer who is ready to push the boundaries of what's possible when human creativity meets artificial intelligence in design!

About you

We are looking for a highly proactive Entry- to Mid-Level Marketing Associate with strong writing skills to own our email marketing and content distribution strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO in a fast-moving agency specializing in AI-enabled software services (B2B).
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands the dynamics of B2B marketing—especially how to effectively communicate value and sell to larger corporations—and can quickly grasp technical concepts within our specialized space.

Requirements

Experience: Entry to mid-level experience in marketing, demonstrating a strong interest or solid knowledge of B2B email and content.
Writing Skills: Proven ability as a strong and persuasive writer, capable of adapting tone for corporate audiences.
B2B Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of B2B marketing strategies and the corporate sales cycle.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp and articulate technical concepts related to AI-enabled software services.

Tool Proficiency: Comfort and practical experience with:
Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Kit).
Professional Social Media (LinkedIn, X).
Ideally: Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
Mindset: Must be a self-starter, proactive, highly motivated, and willing to bring new ideas to the table in a fast-moving environment.

Onboarding
Onboarding will be conducted by video call. We expect a quick onboarding process, enabling you to contribute to projects swiftly after starting. This position is for our Integrated Roles ( https://www.oneseventech.com/services/integrated-roles ) client, offering a contract-to-full-time opportunity. You'll be embedded within the client's team to deliver impactful solutions faster than traditional design processes allow.
