Summary: The Digital Graphic Designer is a highly creative and detail-oriented professional responsible for developing visually engaging and compelling digital assets across various platforms. This role involves designing for e-commerce, social media, paid media, email marketing, and other digital channels. These designs are integral to enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To)
- E-Commerce Design: Create high-quality, on-brand visual assets for the website, including product banners, category graphics, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Assets: Develop attention-grabbing designs for posts, stories, reels, and advertisements tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Design optimized creatives for digital ads across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms, ensuring high click-through and conversion rates.
- Email Marketing: Design visually appealing email templates and assets that align with brand guidelines and encourage user engagement.
- Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute designs for seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across channels.
- User-Centric Design: Stay up-to-date with UI/UX best practices to create designs that enhance customer experience and drive conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office, MAC + PC Platforms
Education/Experience/License Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design or communications highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines
- A keen eye for detail, color, composition, and typography, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency
- High-level proficiency with various creative software and applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma); experience with 3D rendering software is a plus but not required
- Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
Sensory Requirements: With or without use of corrective lenses or any other visual aid, must be near and far-sighted to be able to inspect and review visual materials in print and digital. Must have full color vision. Will be required to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time. With or without the use of hearing aids, must be able to engage in verbal communication (both in person and on phone) with team and outside parties.
Environmental: Job operates in a clerical office setting. Fast-paced office, highly collaborative and creative environment.
Language Skills: English proficiency required (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension). Knowledge of an additional language(s) is a plus!
Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic and algebra.
Reasoning Ability: Customer, marketplace, and product knowledge; strong esthetic sense; highly organized, detail oriented, and accurate; ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively; creative collaboration; ability to work both independently and in a team; working knowledge of audio/visual equipment and software.
