Job Location: New York City (Hybrid)
- Proven experience as a designer for 3-4 years: The ideal candidate should have a track record of working as a designer, demonstrating their ability to create engaging and revenue-generating campaigns.
- Experience in a consumer-focused or revenue-driven environment is preferred (Marketing, advertising, or e-commerce background)
- Airtable is a plus
- Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma

· Strong portfolio: The candidate should possess a strong portfolio that showcases their design skills and creativity. The portfolio should demonstrate a diverse range of creative projects, highlighting their ability to deliver high-quality designs and generate consumer engagement.
· Solid understanding of design principles: The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) design. This knowledge is crucial for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with brand standards.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Effective communication and collaboration are essential for working in cross-functional teams. The candidate should be able to communicate their ideas clearly, actively participate in discussions, and work collaboratively with colleagues and the Creative Director.
· Detail-oriented mindset: The candidate should possess strong attention to detail, ensuring that all design elements, messaging, and interactive features are aligned with the creative vision and brand standards. This attention to detail is crucial for delivering high-quality and consistent designs.
· Organizational and time management skills: The candidate should have exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. They should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and provide regular updates on project timelines and progress.
· Proactive and adaptable attitude: The candidate should stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. They should be open to learning and implementing new design approaches, consistently delivering innovative and cutting-edge creative solutions.
· Knowledge of ADA-compliant design is desired
· Adept at motion graphics and animation, understanding of good UX/UI design, basic HTML, and social media principals
· Proficiency in graphic design software and tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, After-effects, working knowledge of G Suite, and project management systems.
