Our client, a leading company in the creative industry, is hiring a Contract Print & Package Designer for a highly creative role. This is a hybrid position, with work split between onsite in Greater Boston and remote. The role focuses on developing innovative print and packaging designs that elevate the client’s brand across various products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative teams to design eye-catching packaging, labels, and print materials that reflect the client’s brand vision.
- Develop original concepts and layouts for print and packaging that meet client specifications and project goals.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are print-ready and meet all technical requirements for production.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in print design and packaging innovation, bringing fresh ideas to every project.
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a strong, cohesive message across physical materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a contract designer specializing in print and packaging design, with a strong understanding of production processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), with a portfolio showcasing standout print and package design projects.
- Strong knowledge of print production, including color theory, materials, and printing techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
