Atlas Residential is a Real estate investment firm that buys and sells single family homes in the Charlotte metro. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Recruiter or Freelance Recruiter to help us grow our team. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for talent who can help us find and attract top sales professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the partners to understand the specific requirements for each sales role.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks.
- Conduct video screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting sales people
- Strong understanding of the sales industry and the skills required for successful sales professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet recruitment targets.
- A track record of successfully placing qualified candidates into sales positions.
Compensation:
$25 an hour + $1200 bonus per talent recruited (Bonus apply within 90 days of hiring a new talent)
