Who We Are
Sensa Padel is building a national brand of padel clubs across the US. We have to clubs open: one in Boston and one in Nashville. We plan to open two more clubs in 2025. We're fortunate to be backed by top professional athletes and institutional investors passionate about introducing and nurturing the sport of padel. Our passion lies in bringing together individuals of diverse ages and abilities to share in the excitement and camaraderie of sport, making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Role Overview
The Jr. Graphic Designer will play an important role in supporting the organization’s marketing and communication efforts through visual storytelling. This position works in a team approach that collaborates with others on a wide range of design projects and tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with well-developed critical thinking skills who can process, design, and apply brand standards for communication projects on time. As the Designer, you will be crucial in crafting engaging visual experiences that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand over various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for asset management, including management of photography archives, as well as recommending image/brand requests for external partners
- Develops creative assets for various marketing projects, including but not limited to website graphics, social media ads, instagram posts, email blasts, in-club signage and collateral.
- Support and manage all incoming request & design needs
- Support pre and post events with photo editing and asset development
- Help with the design of website assets
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute creative designs that can be translated across multiple media platforms.
- Maintains brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with quick turn-around deadlines
- 2+ years of industry experience with Figma and InDesign
- 2+ years of industry experience with (and love of) branding and typography, including different brand looks
- 2+ years of industry experience with designing polished eye-catching creatives
- 2+ years of industry experience with designing brochures, fliers, and collateral
- 2+ years of industry experience with Notion, and/or other project-management tools
- Stickler for English grammar and punctuation, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Design or Product Design
- Experience working in the sports industry (highly preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

- We would love to find someone located in Nashville or Boston. We are open to a remote position for the right candidate.
