As a Freelance Social Listening Data Specialist, you will:
- Write and refine advanced Boolean queries to deliver noise-free datasets aligned with specific business goals
- Configure, maintain and enhance advanced dashboards in social listening platforms to optimise data visualisation and client reporting
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and organisation of social media data pipelines
- Design and implement subqueries, filters, and tags for effective categorisation and segmentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within social listening platforms to improve workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data outputs align with broader insights and strategic objectives

Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in writing complex Boolean queries for social listening platforms
- Proven experience configuring and maintaining dashboards with exceptional attention to detail
