Freelance Marketing Consultant - STARS of Boston
Location: Remote (Greater Boston area preferred)

We are recognized as a leader in the hospitality industry, providing top-tier rental properties with all the amenities guests need to feel right at home. We are now looking for a freelance marketing consultant to help us elevate our brand and reach more customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, online presence, and engagement for STARS of Boston. Focus on customer acquisition, retention, and long-term brand building.
- Social Media & Content Management: Manage and grow social media accounts, create engaging content, and optimize our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- SEO & SEM: Enhance website visibility and performance through search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search campaigns (SEM). Ensure that STARS of Boston ranks highly for relevant keywords and is visible to the right audience.
- Email Marketing: Develop email marketing campaigns targeting different customer segments, including business travelers, medical professionals, and vacationers. Use analytics to track success and refine messaging.
- Partnership & Relationship Building: Identify and nurture relationships with key partners and influencers in the travel, business, and medical sectors. Explore strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in real estate, travel, or hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Ability to create and manage online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Knowledge of the Greater Boston area is a plus.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
Contract Details:
- This is a freelance/contract position with flexibility in hours.
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
- The consultant will report directly to the leadership team at STARS of Boston.
