Get involved in a big way! Join our team as a Sober Lifestyle Regional Sales Manager Developer at the National Addiction Awareness Complex - the first of its kind Awareness & Recovery Resort Destination. We are seeking the right person that fits into our creative needed venture.
The candidate would be Collaborating with our current team to raise $26 Million for Stage One start-up procurement, within a 15-county regional marketing area located in southeastern PA.
We are Creating a Unique Destination for Family Recreation and Group Fellowship in a Sober Lifestyle Setting. Not a Treatment canter more of a Learning resort.

This position is ideal for a person with Print, Newspaper, and radio space sales experience. Manager, would be selling fundraising events as well.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 5 years of experience in Sales/Fundraising, in managing a sales force
2. A share our passion to help the emerging vision of National Addiction Awareness Complex
3. Client Pipeline experience
4. Skill in recruiting and training new Account Developer to our system.
5. Total free of Alcohol/Drugs and Nicotine.
6. Resided within a short commute of our planning office at 352 Main Street Denver PA 17517
7. Car, Car insurance, Laptop, cell phone, and proper wardrobe of business casual.
8. A strong knowledge of the need for recovery from communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new relationships and cultivate existing ones with businesses and individuals in your protected area to raise funds for the National Addiction Awareness Complex
- Create and manage a fundraising pipeline to ensure prospective donors are properly contacted regarding fresh marketing opportunities and fundraising events.
- Work with the marketing team to provide input on marketing needs.
- Stay abreast of the ongoing fundraising campaigns and bring awareness of sponsorship opportunities to prospective donors.
- Create fundraising pitches that appeal to various target audiences.
- Selected Candidate will be collaborating directly with founder on creating system and policies to build and run plus maintain multi-Million Dollar fundraising Campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven outside sales or fundraising experience & success a must.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office ("Word," "Excel") to process day-to-day activities.
- Great people skills
- Organized to manage a portfolio of donors.
- Experience working on a Customer Relationship Management platform to manage fundraising pipeline.
- Familiarity with addiction and recovery processes & terminology.
- If you are in addiction recovery yourself, we require a minimum of 3 years of continuous sobriety.
- As an ideal candidate, you need a passion for addiction awareness.
- Experience talking face-to-face or over the phone to potential donors and sponsors to close fundraising agreements.
- Candidate would be working from their own home office within the Regional Territory and must be comfortable with Zoom.
- Candidate can make their own flexible schedule that works for them.
- The candidate needs to be able to commute to our Denver PA office, as needed.
- Candidate Needs to be Fully Alcohol Free, Drug Free, and Nicotine Free.

As a startup team member, compensation will be fully commission based. Compensation will be fully explained during the interview process. As a contractor, you will need to be financially stable to participate with us as a startup team member.
