Title: Part-Time Graphic Designer – Bags Team

Position Overview:
We are a dynamic product development company, located in Nashville, TN, and we create products for major retailers in the US and internationally. Our creative team is growing, and we are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing Gift Bags, and Embellishments for holiday and everyday celebrations!
It is required to have a have a strong fundamental design background specializing in typography, illustration, layout, and/or surface pattern design with 1-5 years of experience. This is a part-time position with a balanced schedule of working from home combined with collaborating with the team in our Nashville office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team on the design process to take design ideas from conceptualization to implementation bringing beautiful projects to life within guidelines.
- Review and revise designs as requested to accept and implement feedback and changes whenever possible to deliver products in alignment with the needs of the customers and stakeholders.
- Direct passion for design to create gift bags digital art files providing design, proofing, samples, approvals and product specifications for manufacturing.
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with tight deadlines for a quality product with commitment to digital accuracy and multi-layer graphics.
- Continuously enhancing artistic abilities by keeping up with trends, technology, and creative software suites in the field to create beautiful design projects for digital and print for all audiences.
- Combine various techniques to produce creative and innovative graphics from concepts and ideas.
- Communicate professionally throughout the design project while also maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in graphic arts or design, fine arts, advertising, marketing, or a related field with strong interest in Illustration.
- Minimum of 2 plus years of professional experience in design and production art, utilizing graphic design software programs.
- Extensive knowledge of computer graphics programs such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, ESKO a plus.
- Results and execution oriented, as well as a creative thinker with the ability to quickly come up with and deliver concepts for new products.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
