About The Role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful graphic designs across various marketing and communication channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop designs that align with our brand identity and messaging. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a creative mindset, and proficiency in design software.

What You'll Do

Design Creation: Develop a wide range of graphic materials:
- Print: Brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, packaging
- Digital: Websites, social media graphics, email templates, digital advertisements
- Multimedia: Presentations, animations, infographics
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- File Management: Efficiently organize and store digital files for easy access and retrieval.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant tools.
- Quality Control: Review and refine designs to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2 years of experience as a graphic designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity.
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM.
Work collaboratively with the team in a part-time capacity (16-20 hours per week), on-site in Lucid Bots’ Charlotte headquarters on a scheduled basis.
