Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Graphic Designer IV in Mountain View, CA. If the candidate is local to MTV/SFO/SDG they can go onsite - 2-3 days a week. Remote is fine, but best to be in PST/Mountain time zone. Duties:
- Graphic Designer IV will use knowledge of current graphic design software to produce graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, films, packaging, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media outlets such as websites and CD-ROMs
- Generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs; Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing-related design with an online portfolio of relevant visual design work and proven business impact
- Strong business acumen and experience in partnering directly with marketers and other designers
- Advanced experience with Figma including component libraries, optimizing and exporting assets
- Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices
- Working knowledge of content management systems
- A deeply ingrained desire to make all design functional and beautiful through web, email, and in-product marketing funnels
- Curiosity and commitment to new ideas and innovating to drive business results
- Powerful communication and presentation skills
- Explaining design rationale concisely and effectively
- A dazzling portfolio demonstrating your strong writing craft and collaborative process
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
