Responsibilities:
The Creative Designer plays a critical role within our fast-paced, in-house creative agency that partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop, reimagine and produce layouts, designs, original content and advertising in all media; including digital, print, broadcast and social. As the Designer, you will utilize project management, design and production skills to work collaboratively, independently and diligently to complete projects within established brand strategies and guidelines.
The Creative Designer will:
- Actively manage, create, design, and produce final assets for marketing initiatives
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud software required: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
- Familiarity with fundamentals of user-experience and user-interface design, using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma
- General knowledge of best practices and file preparation for print at all sizes
- Create and maintain brand assets including patterns, icons, templates, layouts, etc for use in all media
- Apply the look and feel of our assets across digital, eCommerce, print, video for multiple devices and platforms (web - desktop / tablet / mobile)
- Independently design solutions: concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
- Provide photography consultation to our internal stakeholders as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Advanced skills in creative design, typography, page layout, color theory and illustration
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related platforms
- Familiarity and a desire to expand your UX/UI practices and methodologies using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma
- General knowledge of printing best practices and file preparation
- Strong knowledge of media production across print, web, mobile, social, etc.
- Original concept development
- Fundamental photography skills
- Familiarity with formal brainstorming and design thinking processes are a plus
Compensation:
$40/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
