OVERVIEW:
Are you passionate about helping creative, product-based brands grow in the retail and wholesale space? Do you enjoy working in fast-paced, dynamic environments? We’re looking for a Strategy and Operations Coordinator to join our bespoke consulting agency (www.rachelralston.co) on a freelance basis. You’ll support a range of start up and established brands, helping craft and implement strategies that drive growth.
Working closely with the founder, you’ll be involved in everything from market research and client assessments to project management and drafting strategy documents. This role starts at 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to expand into a full-time position. The position is based in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, with potential for hybrid or remote work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Support:
- Conduct brand audits and market research.
- Assist in developing retail and wholesale growth strategies.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare follow-up documentation.
Project Management:
- Coordinate timelines and manage communication between the founder and clients.
- Organize and maintain client files.
Research and Analysis:
- Research industry trends and analyze sales data.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic planning.
Team Collaboration:
- Work with the founder to refine strategies and contribute to overall business development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting, retail, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (must have very strong Excel skills) and project management tools.
