DTC Company is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM to work with their team in a fully remote freelance capacity!
MUST HAVES:
- Hands on experience with Iterable
- 5+ years of experience in a hands-on CRM role
- Comfortable as an independent contributor and can write copy + email content
- HTML / CSS knowledge
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- support overall CRM strategy by helping to grow personalization capabilities
- support direct response acquired customers through email marketing efforts
- utilize A/B testing methodologies to drive continuous revenue growth
- design and manage workflow automations and continually refine CRM processes
NICE TO HAVES:
- DTC / eCommerce experience
- Ability to work against tight deadlines
- Experience of the fitness / nutrition space
