Temporary Leave Replacement
Wolffer Estate Vineyard seeks a Marketing Graphic Designer to supports the overall goals for Marketing Department. This role is responsible for managing the content creation for the brand, bringing creative solutions to life which adhere to marketing strategies and business goals, as well as overseeing the execution of all marketing campaigns to bring to life the vision for the brand. Role and Responsibilities
- Brings to life the Wölffer visual and tonality across properties where customers may engage with the brand, driving aesthetic and adjusting to fit of product, market, and platform variation
- Oversees the creation of campaign development to deployment, assisting the Marketing Director in meeting marketing strategic goals and providing timely updates by project
- Managing teams (vendors, agency partners, etc.) to execute on deliverables needed to accomplish our goals
- Continuing development of skills in graphic design, copy writing, and image editing
- Assist in manage partnership and collaborations, driving projects forward to meet our campaign and creative needs
- Strategic recommendations and collaborating with Marketing Direction on developing marketing plans was part of Wölffer Estate Vineyard’s planning process
- Maintains knowledge of trends and stays up to date on industry media, competitors and sourcing inspiration outside our wine and food space
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· 2+ years of campaign management in a marketing and creative industry
· Email Creative posting experience in Klaviyo
· Experience in the spirits of wine category preferred
· Creative thinker, visionary, problem solver
· Trend setter vs follower
· Proven experience in managing project deadlines
· Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Skills
· Knowledge of following software programs
o Adobe Creative Suite / Canva
o Klaviyo
o Proficiency in social platforms
· Strategic Ability to scale and translate management’s goals to tangible outcomes
· Strong Analytical Abilities
· Passion for and/or strong willingness to learn about wine, wine-making and sustainable practices
· Ability to take initiative, employ good judgement, and manage projects from start to finish
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task – can wear many hats!
