We are seeking an experienced ELA Reviewer for K-12 educational content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and reviewing English Language Arts materials, ensuring they align with curriculum standards, are pedagogically sound, and are engaging for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and edit ELA content for grades K-12, including lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistency in alignment with educational standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to writers and content developers to enhance the quality of the materials.
- Collaborate with the content development team to refine and improve educational resources.
- Verify that content is age-appropriate and culturally relevant for the target grade levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in editing and reviewing K-12 educational content, with a focus on ELA.
- Strong understanding of curriculum standards and instructional best practices in ELA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for high-quality educational materials.
Preferred:
- Experience working with digital educational platforms and resources.
- Familiarity with Common Core or other state standards for ELA.
