Job Overview:
We’re seeking to work with a freelance Copywriter. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content that drives engagement, educates audiences, and supports our marketing efforts. Your words will help shape our brand voice, create lasting connections with our target audience, and elevate our clients' brands.
Duties:
- Content Creation: Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, product descriptions, brochures, and more.
- Brand Voice: Maintain and enhance our brand voice across all content, ensuring consistency and alignment with our overall brand strategy.
- Research: Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitors, ensuring that all content is relevant, accurate, and optimized.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to brainstorm and create content that meets project goals and deadlines.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and ensure content is discoverable by the right audience.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, and style are on point, as well as maintaining a consistent tone.
- Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO and how to optimize content for search engines.
- Ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
