Our client is seeking two dynamic Community Managers to join their team on a freelance basis. These individuals will be responsible for managing and enhancing our client's social media presence across various platforms, including X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar
- Write engaging copy and create captivating post images
- Handle community management tasks, including responding to comments and messages
- Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent voice and tone
- Execute day-to-day content without errors
- Conduct social listening to understand audience needs and preferences
- Stay updated on trending moments and proactively respond to them
- Perform other related tasks as required
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Community Management, or Customer Service
- Previous experience working with large brands in the retail sector
- Proficiency across all social media platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to recall information quickly
- Experience in providing feedback on products and client communications
- A proactive approach to social media management responsibilities
Pay Rate: $30/hr W2 - $33/hr W2
