We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a 4-month contract, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
This role is crucial in driving our growth through strategic CRM and User Acquisition (UA) campaigns, with a primary focus driving monetization. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for sports, familiarity with web3 technology, and an entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
CRM Management: Develop and execute strategies to engage existing users, enhancing their experience and driving spend on Sorare.
User Acquisition Campaigns: Design and implement UA campaigns aimed at attracting new users, with a focus on the U.S. market.
Cross-Platform Proficiency: Manage UA campaigns across various platforms, including PMAX, Meta, TikTok.
GTM Strategy Support: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support go-to-market strategies targeting existing users.
Marketing Analytics: Utilize marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports, gaming, or web3 industries.
A deep passion for sports and gaming, plus familiarity with web3 technology.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of creative problem-solving and initiative.
Proficiency in UA & CRM platforms (e.g., PMAX, Meta, TikTok, Braze).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
