Job Description...
Under the direction of the Creative Manager, this individual will concept, design and execute instructional product guides and in-package print collateral that communicates product assembly, play & functionality and brand messaging.
This 6-month rotation is responsible for lead graphic design and execution of packaging instructions and print collateral for upcoming year line plan additions including backup support of all Client Games projects.
Key responsibilities:
(60%) Focus on production work for Publishing games, that includes:
- Executing instructions guides that effectively communicate game play.
- Taking design concept to final production artwork. Setting up styles/ cards formats in Indesign.
- Managing internal approval process.
(20%) Collaborate with development teams, that includes:
- Initiating and attending team meetings, project kick-offs, approval meetings, and status meetings.
- Understanding and working within cost parameters for design solutions.
- Monitoring and abiding by legal, licensor, and regulatory requirements.
(20%) Manage projects and delegate individual assignments, that includes:
- Driving multiple projects throughout staggered stages of development.
- Prioritizing work to maximize support and ensure high quality results.
Required
Has a proficient understanding of principles in one or more functions of a position. Typically possesses 0-3 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Indesign is a must, as well as Photoshop and Illustrator. Understanding UX/UI is a plus.
