Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a freelance Marketing & Events Coordinator for a 3 month contract in Boston. This is a hybrid opportunity; candidates must able to work onsite 1 - 2 days per week. The contract will ramp up from 15 - 20 hours the first few weeks to a 30 - 40 hour-per-week engagement per the clients' needs in the fall. The Marketing & Events Coordinator will be responsible for project managing event collateral and marketing efforts, updating website pages, assisting with video marketing efforts (as needed), supporting fundraising efforts (as needed), and aiding with onsite event needs. Must have strong organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with Constant Contact and Canva (or similar platforms) a huge plus. If interested and available, apply today!
Degree in marketing, communications, or similar
1+ years of marketing experience in the non-profit or similar
Prior event execution experience preferred
Familiarity with Canva or similar design platforms
Knowledge of Constant Contact or similar email platforms
Experience with web content management a plus
Strong project management skills
