Our client is hiring a Director of Marketing & Communications to join their team.
This position is Full Time and onsite.
Located in the Clayton area
The Director of Marketing & Communications ensures all materials and initiatives reflect and support the mission and core values of our client. This person is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all corporate marketing efforts and internal/external corporate communications including but not limited to business collateral, employee communication, website, social media, events, and PR. This position reports directly to Senior Leadership, works closely with the brokerage company, development, property management and leadership team and manages day-to-day activities of the marketing support staff.
Qualifications:
Held a Marketing & Communications Director level position: Minimum of 3 years (((OR))) Marketing Communications Manager level position: Minimum of 5 years, ready to step into a Director role
People management: Minimum of 2 years experience
Leadership, communication, organization, and management skills
Professional and have excellent presentation skills when working with stakeholders including Executive leadership team
Internal and external marketing communication writing skills
Basic skills with InDesign + Illustrator to update existing templates as needed in order to help the in-house Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage internal and external communications and marketing, advancing the firm’s mission and increasing engagement with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
Manage the corporate brand, ensuring written and graphic communication supports the company's mission, values, and brand standards, consistent with leadership’s vision for the company.
Coordinate and plan all experiential marketing including client events, trips and internal associate events.
Work with social media consultants to provide insight and information.
Responsible for managing and facilitating activities outside web development and employee portal activities.
Responsible for all advertising planning, creative placement, and relationships, including local and trade publications.
Respond to surveys & nominations that promote and endorse the company in trade publications.
Management and oversight of marketing team processes and deliverables
Effectively represent the organization to external groups and partners.
Responsible for planning, tracking, and maintaining departmental annual budget and providing quarterly budget reports.
Conduct general market research to keep current with trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
Coordinate and aid in the design of office interiors and displays (artwork, award walls, historical preservation and core values).
Manage and provide marketing tools and resources to support business development efforts within each department.
