Description

Our client is a global leader in technology seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager for a 40 hours/week, 1-year assignment that will be onsite 4 days/week (Monday-Thursday, nonnegotiable) in Northern NJ (commutable by bus).

The Shopper Marketing Manager will:
Gain understanding of the digital and in-store retail shopper experience journey, consumer pain points and industry best practices
Manage product experience lifecycle on retailer websites, including toolkit and assets updates, above-the-fold content and A+ / below-the-fold content launches
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Retail accounts (such as Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, etc.) to support marketing and campaign execution efforts (content, messaging, ad campaigns, creative approvals and other)
Drive initiatives that bring marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions to Retailers (through the account teams) to ensure cross-channel consistency for shoppers throughout the year
Lead regular customer-strategic planning and marketing calendar cadence with account teams
Manage content launch processes and optimizations across Retail, including all Retail marketing, in-store experiences and websites

The Shopper Marketing Manager must have:
5+ years of experience in marketing, including 3+ years in digital marketing or advertising
Understanding of retail and marketing campaign tactics that drive sales
Strategic marketing experience and ability to drive Thought Leadership or ideate co-marketing opportunities for campaigns
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, coordinate and direct project teams and manage budgets
Ability to capture, organize and present data to leadership and drive changes and decisions
PowerPoint and Excel skills

Bonus: Retail marketing experience a plus, but not required
