Designer

As a Designer, you will be responsible for the development and execution of all design materials, ensuring they align with brand / campaign strategy and target audience. This role requires design skills, and the ability to apply your thinking to a creative brief.
Responsibilities:
- Visualize Concepts: Working closely to help conceptualisation and creation of compelling ideas for campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. Ensure that the concepts come to life effectively communicate key messages and capture the attention of the target audience.
- Design: Develop and execute comprehensive designs aligned with the overall client objectives and brand guidelines. Translate marketing goals into engaging designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Digital / User Experience Knowledge (UX): Understand and create intuitive and user-friendly designs for websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
- Branding and Visual Identity: Collaborate with stakeholders and other functions to define and maintain a consistent visual identity for client brands. Ensure that all deliverables, including websites, social media assets, videos, collaterals, adhere to client brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client services, programme managers, copywriters, developers, and strategists, to align designs and delivery to brief. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
- Stay updated with industry trends and customer insights to incorporate the latest creative practices, tech innovations and techniques into campaigns.
- Project Management: Ensuring all creative tasks assigned to you are delivered on time and to budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual communication, or similar

Proven experience of at least 3 years in a Design or art based role, preferably within a marketing, design or advertising agency.

Portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including digital, print, and branding.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and familiarity with UX/UI design tools.

Design thinking abilities.

Communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate designss and ideas.

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
