Freelance HubSpot Marketing Manager

McKinley Marketing Partners' consumer services client based in Maryland is seeking a freelance HubSpot marketing manager. This part-time position will be responsible for setting up email campaigns and workflows, sending and evaluating open rates, and setting up lists.

This position can be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Manages all elements of the database and CRM/CMS platform
• Develops marketing campaign reports for CRM platform and communicates results to key stakeholders
• Leads staff education on CRM best practices
• Ensures marketing automation best practices and captures feedback for platform and process enhancements
• Manages vendor relationship to include requirement gathering, design/development, testing, and configuration
• Researches new technologies and add-on applications to improve campaign performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or other applicable areas
• 3-5 years working with HubSpot; HubSpot Certified expert preferred
• Proficiency with WordPress.
• Remain current with new marketing and campaign management technologies.
• Possesses strong project management skills.
• Proven HTML and CSS knowledge is preferred
• Creative problem solver, Highly responsive and customer-focused, Oriented towards continuous learning, Collaborative team player, Keen attention to detail
