Who You Are:
The Content Manager will be a passionate storyteller who excels at creating compelling content. You’ll be comfortable managing a talented team, as well as producing your own content.
You’ll have proven experience across multiple platforms and content types and collaborate effectively with internal teams as well as external partners. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to build energy igniting, sensory exciting visual and written content.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee and be accountable for all content across digital marketing mediums from ideation to publication
- Compile creative concepts for use both internally and externally
- Plan and execute content for various social media and other channels
- Produce impactful content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and goals
- Work with the team to produce high quality, captivating content that’s apt and on brand
- Source and manage freelance content creators as needed to produce content for blogs, social media, web pages and more
- Serve as editor for all content to ensure quality, content clarity, and consistency. You’ll write, edit, and touch up all content as needed
- Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and audience interests to continue to elevate content deliverables
- Collaborate with Design, Video, and other internal teams to uncover stories and leverage each piece of content for maximum impact
- Ensure content is distributed across all owned channels strategically
- Refresh and repurpose content regularly to maximum resources and storytelling potential
- Ensure SEO best-practices are adhered to every piece of written and video content published
- Oversee analytics and reporting by tracking weekly and monthly KPIs for audience growth, engagement efforts and more
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Writing, Communications or similar, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years experience in content creation required
- 5+ years of content management experience preferred
- Excellent at improving and creating content creation workflows and managing a busy calendar for multiple brands
- Can manage competing priorities and deadlines by skillfully leading a team
- Consistently maintains the highest standards in all things and strives to raise the bar
- Superb written and verbal communication and an ability to present ideas clearly, concisely and with context
- Confidence in your work and ability to remain organized while managing multiple projects from end to end
- You thrive in an ambiguous environment at a lightning fast pace
- You enjoy pivoting and have a natural solutions oriented mindset
- A proven track record of leading teams to accomplish project goals and drive measurable results
- Experience with working with external vendors such as venues, talent, etc.
- Superior attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Exemplary prioritization and organizational skills
- Stellar professionalism
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to problem solve and pivot quickly
- Previous marketing experience a plus
- Keen eye for detail and copyediting
- Prior experience writing and managing content is a plus
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Able to tackle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in decisive decision making and ownership of projects
- Exposure to establishing, maintaining and improving content workflows and processes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multiple teams on tasks with conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Ability to work flexible hours at times, including evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and working on a computer
