Description
Our client, a growing technology company, is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to assist their team for about 6 months, with a possibility to extend.
This role is remote with occasional onsite needs in Manhattan. A computer will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Produce regional industry and sales events (both physical and virtual), webinars, direct mail, digital programs, and more
Manage internal resources for creating landing pages, sending email invitations, building invite lists, uploading attendee lists in Salesforce, etc.
Coordinate event details with venue, vendors, sales, and attendees
Own travel arrangements, ordering swag, week of communications/FAQs, and day of troubleshooting.
Mange direct mail campaigns
Analyze and present marketing program performance to internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience working in PR, Events, Field marketing.
Event management experience: vendor contract negotiations, tracking budgets, show services ordering (i.e. A/V and internet)
Ability to lift/ship boxes up to 40 lbs.
Understanding of B2B SaaS funnel metrics and selling into a technical audience, nice to have
A diligent project manager with the ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Google Suite
Nice to have: Knowledge of common marketing technologies like Salesforce and Marketo and PM tools like Jira.
