Social Media Specialist (Architecture / Interior Design)

Calling all Social Media Specialists who are Instagram experts! Our Real Estate firm is looking for a Social Media expert to join their team in a freelance capacity.

This is a remote position that is planning to start in May 2024, extra bonus if you are local to Detroit. This position will need their own computer and should plan to work up to 5 hours a week with flexibility for more hours during events.

This Social Media Specialist will be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day social media activities including content creation, scheduling, and community management across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Concepting to create new ideas and initiatives for social

Create engaging content tailored to the interests and preferences shared by leadership

Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives

Ability to follow brand guidelines

The Social Media Specialists required qualifications are:

Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Social Media

Proficient in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Architecture Firm or Interior Design Social Media Management experience - those without will NOT be considered.

The Social Media Specialists preferred qualifications are:

Experience with graphic design, photography or video editing is a plus

Experience working with creatives and design firms

Potential to go onsite if local
