Social Media Manager

Who are we?

AVK productions is a Canadian social media marketing company led by Aaron Van Kampen - Content creator with a collective 7.5M followers. Aaron is popularly known across many social media sites, most predominately known for his series; Approaching Mansions and asking the owners "What do you do for a living"

We have come to Orlando to utilise our existing organic fan base and nuance ideas towards executing a very creative digital marketing strategy for a local real estate company. We will be using our platform, organic content, creative ideas and paid advertising to generate leads for our partner.

We are seeking an additional team member who wields diverse skills with an eagerness to learning and grow together. You will be working in office, directly along side Aaron and our real estate partners.

What you will do:

Manage and book shoots, help with creative development, screen and coordinate inbound collaboration opportunities, manage creative freelance contractors, upload & schedule and publish organic content, run paid advertisements campaigns, oversee project timelines and deliverables.

Education & Work Experience:

- 2 years of administrative experience in comparable position

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Hard Skills:

- Well developed professional, and creative copywriting abilities

- Targeting, managing and publishing paid & organic social media campaigns

- Intermediate skills with Adobe creative suite (photoshop, Illustrator, Premier)

- Strong project and task management

- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) knowledge

- Strong understanding of Social media analytics, performance and reporting

- Familiarity with automation softwares (Zappier, many chats etc)

Soft Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Keen ability to learn new tools & softwares

- Thorough knowledge of all social media platforms

- Creative and innovative problem solving

- Team collaboration and coordination

- Exceptional time management abilities
