I'm hiring a freelance/contract "Paid Social Media and Google Ads Strategist" for the RM Creative Services team. Here are more details for consideration:
⚡️Approximately 20 - 25 hours of work/month
⚡️This person will be working primarily with small to medium-sized brands seeking strategic advice for advertising. However, experience with larger, enterprise-level brands is a plus
⚡️Must have both strategy + hands-on, technical setup knowledge and execution experience
⚡️Must have proven professional experience in both social media advertising (including YouTube ads) + paid search
⚡️Has experience working with very large budgets, but also with smaller budgets looking to optimize their spend
⚡️Creative input: Preferably, this person also has a keen eye for the latest trends for ad creative, and can provide guidance on ad creative and copy for optimal results
⚡️Adaptable, reliable, open to feedback, able to truncate marking lingo into consumer-friendly language to explain strategies to clients, and able to make quick turnarounds (on occasion)
⚡️ Would prefer you're located in the Southern California region so you can join the rest of the RMCS team on outings and events, but not mandatory. U.S. Candidates ONLY, please
