Junior Graphic Designer

Creatives on Call is seeking a talented freelance Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support marketing projects across multiple insurance entities. You will work closely with Creative Directors to bring concepts to life through visual design. You will work approximately 10 hours a week and come into the office periodically to collaborate.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design digital and print marketing collateral including brochures, webpages, social media graphics, presentations
• Follow brand guidelines while developing fresh, engaging visual designs
• Work from creative briefs to translate copy and ideas into visual designs
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Able to produce design assets on tight deadlines
• Collaborate with other creative team members such as copywriters
• Present design concepts and take/apply feedback
• Maintain project organization and files

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in a graphic design role
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design, layout, and typography skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to produce pixel-perfect artwork
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Knowledge of print and digital design best practices
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
