INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA is looking for a Salesforce Lead & Strategic Partner to join the CRM team!
The Salesforce Lead & Strategic Partner, CRM will own the relationship with client in developing/implementing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform. This individual should have a clear understanding of the inner workings of Marketing Cloud. This role will be responsible for creating business requirements for agency and client to the implementation partner and will author content inclusive but not limited to customer journeys, platform requirements, user stories, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary liaison between agency, client, and implementation partner on Salesforce deliverables, status, and next steps.

Represent client and agency in meetings with implementation partner to drive business forward.

Take lead in troubleshooting concerns and representing best interests of client and agency aligned to CRM and SFMC Strategy.

Develop customer journeys and translate needs to implementation partner/developers in conjunction with client.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all platform connections/connectors are represented during launch.

Own relationship with client in regard to Salesforce platform including internal and client reviews, updating status documents, legal routing, contact reports, and meeting coordination.

Must be able to think strategically and demonstrate a thorough understanding of current strategies to translate requirements.

Assist in developing briefs related to new content for Salesforce journeys in collaboration with account and strategy lead.

Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary.

Present/communicate progress and outcome of implementation to clients & internal stakeholders and determine best next steps.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Education

6-8 years of experience in a client services function within a Marketing, Advertising, or Business-related field with an emphasis on Digital Marketing and CRM.

Demonstratable experience building journeys in Salesforce, understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, and must have the ability to articulate requirements to others.

Salesforce certifications a plus but not required with demonstratable experience.

Experience working in a fast-paced Agency environment preferred.

Automotive experience desirable, but not mandatory.

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Ability to assess a situation and make sound judgment calls / recommendations.

Reports to: Account Director
Salary range: $110,000 - $120,000
Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: experience, training, and transferable skills.
