The Project Manager is responsible for partnering with the lead project & program manager(s) to coordinate the execution of tactical tasks, such as: proofreading and Studio requests, job code creation and staffing, server folder setup, final asset management, meeting notes, etc. This role involves coordination with cross-functional teams (Account, Creative, Media, Creative Production, TV Production, vendors, etc.), internal clients, and internal, executive stakeholders to ensure projects are correctly executed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Project Management Tasks

Create job codes and staff them accordingly
- Create corresponding server folders for each (new) job code

Quality Assurance

Ensure quality control standards are followed (proofreading, formatting, WCAG assessments, etc.)

Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure deliverables meet specified criteria

Timeline Management

Partner with lead project and program managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are accurate and updated
- Identify potential delays and proactively address issues to keep the project on track

Documentation and Reporting

Assist with the maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes, etc.

Update cross-functional timelines as informed by lead project and program managers

Provide regular progress reports to lead project and program managers

Bachelor's degree in project management, business, communications, or a related field

Experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in an agency setting

Exposure to TV production processes and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and at a rapid pace
