SUMMARY
Reporting to the VP of Digital, this position will help to backfill a crucial role on the Digital Marketing team. Director of E-Commerce, this position will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and revenue growth across our Email and SMS marketing channels. Working in close partnership with the e-commerce, CRM, and creative teams, this role will support our Email & SMS communications from start to finish, driving growth via segmented broadcast messaging and trigger campaigns to activate our existing customer base.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES-
Manage the Email & SMS calendar aligning with key brand initiatives, product inventory and business trends.

Create projections and track performance for the Email & SMS channels.

Create, schedule, and deploy broadcast campaign emails and SMS messages, with the support of freelance resources that you will manage.

Improve consumer journey with flows, personalization, and segmentation.
- Develop and execute robust A/B testing plans to improvement email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue.

Deliver reports on regular basis, leveraging analytics tools and data to monitor, report upon, and improve key KPIs.

Brief and collaborate with internal Creative team on the development of all marketing communications.

Keep up to date with competitors and industry trends to ensure we are best-in-class.

Partner cross-functionally with Social and Customer Acquisition/Retention teams to implement giveaways, pop-ups, and social campaigns.
- Manage Email & SMS P&L and ROAS to deliver on monthly and annual targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS-
Bachelor’s Degree

3-5 years of experience in producing successful email & SMS campaigns.

Experience with ESP & SMS platforms mandatory (Listrak & Attentive experience preferred).

Detail-oriented and organized, would rather triple-check than send out a typo.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment.

Strong Excel skills.

Outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional business.

Ability to balance client experience, business needs, and resources to ensure correct prioritization of work.

Highly agile and able to execute while dealing with ambiguity.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of consumer mindset/ consumer orientation.

Proactive, positive, flexible, and hard working.

Experience in skincare / beauty a plus.
The hourly rate of pay for this position is $35/hr.
