Hospitality firm is seeking a Community Manager for a long term freelance project. In this role you will be responsible for promoting the brand on social channels, social review sites and discussion forums by preparing and publishing content, monitoring activity and comments, engaging online on behalf of the brand.
Hybrid in-office in Woodland Hills three days a week, two days remote.
$36-$38/hr
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Journalism, PR, Communications or related field
- 3+ years managing and moderating social communities to safeguard brand reputation and managing crises across channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Threads
- Experience using social media management tools such as Khoros and Talkwalker for social listening, community care and insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Triage all inbound engagement for topic tagging, product, service and/or marketing feedback, and organic storytelling opportunities
- Summarize data for use in recurring and ad hoc reports that surface actionable insights across products
- Quickly route customer care cases to appropriate guest-facing teams, providing them relevant engagement insight for the best quality care
- Execute community building tasks in owned and partner-led channels in alignment with strategy set by management, making judgement-based adjustments as situations arise and to improve efficiency
- Source and organize user generated content opportunities from all monitored channels.
