Our local boutique agency client is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support their marketing efforts to drive agency growth and client success. This role will require presence in their Grapevine Office 5 days a week and will be FREELANCE with a possibility to eventually go FULL TIME.
The Marketing Assistant would play a key role in client relationship management and work closely with the team, assisting in the development and execution of project tasks.
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and project updates.
? Project Management: Provide general support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, follow-up emails, managing calendars, and ongoing communication with the team.
? Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
? Social Media Management: Manage and schedule social media content, monitor engagement and analyze metrics.
? Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and competitive analysis.
Marketing Assistant Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
? 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
? Proficiency in Google Suite.
? Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms (Client uses Zoho).
? Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
? A passion for digital marketing and continuous professional development.
