Our client in the Retail Jewelry space is looking for a REMOTE Marketing Project Manager with experience managing / trafficking digital media / content.
This FULLY REMOTE role starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate, and will continue (40 hours a week) in a long-term, ongoing capacity.
The ideal Marketing Project Manager is based in either the EST or CST time zone.
Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders and outside agency partners to ensure media packages are complete and accurate.
Traffic media and manage multiple campaign timelines at once.
Cross-check ad sizes, creative rotation, flighting and other assets before being sent out.
Manage against set timelines and build timelines for assets that span paid social, OLV, display, and paid search.
Working with the outside agency to make sure they are delivering on the deadlines set and attending the weekly status calls.
Deliver reports and recaps to stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with agency partners and internal team members to fulfill the work.
Marketing Project Manager Requirements:
Experience trafficking digital media or being in ad operations is ideal due to the fast pace nature of the business.
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working on a PC
