As a Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual narrative of our platform, contributing your creativity to visual design, production design, and growth marketing creative. - Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for various platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity.
- Develop and execute production designs for a range of collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and promotional merchandise.
- Contribute to growth marketing initiatives through the creation of captivating and conversion-focused visual assets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to bring design concepts to life.
- Apply a user-centric approach to design, considering the overall user experience and engagement.
- Execute design revisions quickly based on feedback and data insights, optimizing the impact of visual elements.
- Bring your passion for sports into the design process, creating visuals that resonate with sports enthusiasts and align with our brand.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and insights to enhance the overall design strategy.
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different platforms and mediums.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Experience in production design and the ability to adapt designs for various formats and channels.
- Prior experience in growth marketing creative, understanding the dynamics of conversion-focused design.
- Passion for sports and prior experience in the sports industry is heavily preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
