As Part Time Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the Worth AI brand identity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing assets, develop innovative campaigns, and execute comprehensive branding strategies. Your creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to convey complex concepts in a visually engaging way will contribute to building a strong and distinctive brand presence for Worth AI.
Create compelling and innovative visual design solutions for both print, web and other digital media campaigns and brand identities. Creates digital and print solutions that are consistent with the company’s design quality and brand(s) standards. Creates designs for both traditional and new media, including mobile, using the latest design and illustration tools for print graphics and on the web. This position will have a strong emphasis on digital media solutions including designing email campaigns, landing pages and other digital marketing assets from scratch.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative and visually appealing marketing assets, including but not limited to website designs, social media graphics, email campaigns, and digital advertisements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and align marketing objectives with the Worth AI brand identity
- Take ownership of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all marketing touchpoints
- Manage and enhance the Worth AI website, optimizing user experience, design, and content
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic marketing decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation
- Create visually impactful presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a brand designer, graphic designer, or marketing specialist, preferably in the technology industry
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to create visually compelling designs that align with brand identity
- Proficient knowledge of the latest versions of Mac iOS operating systems and applicable software
- Expert knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, etc.), other interactive.
- Strong knowledge of the Google Workspace programs (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Drive)
- Motion graphics and animation experience is a plus
- Website creative development, UX/IA (User Experience/Information Architecture), interactive design, and content strategies desired
- Experience with responsive web design frameworks
- Strong knowledge of current web-design, trends and techniques, and user-centered design
- Experience with cross-browser/cross-platform development
- Ability to develop your designs into valid, clean and functional HTML and CSS (front-end development only) is a major plus but not required
- Strong understanding of CSS and HTML for both web and email
- Basic to advanced knowledge of designing/prototyping in Figma
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in Risk, Underwriting and/or Payments Industry is preferred
