Working on the design team across a wide range of projects including print media, events, client presentations, email and social.
Working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Work closely with the creative director, art directors, and marketing team to meet daily design deadlines.
Maintain brand consistency by operating within branded template and adhering to print and vendor guidelines.
Interpret messaging in marketing text, and create appropriate branded layouts and visual assets to better communicate concepts (i.e. data visualization, infographics, presentation decks & animations, and more).
Work directly with partners to prioritize tasks and help drive projects through completion as a project management steward.
5-9 years design work experience
An online portfolio demonstrating experience that illustrates a wide variety of design solutions
Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions
Degree in Design, Visual Communications or related field
Strong technical and production knowledge of offset and digital print processes
Able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy for high volume quick-turn changes.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Ability to work within brand guidelines while remaining fresh and unique
Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Proficient on both Mac and Windows Platforms
Knowledge of html coding specifically for email development (Dreamweaver).
This role may support PowerPoint presentation material up-to 20% of the time.
Proficient with digital accessibility standards and able to trouble shoot and remediate any accessibility issues for PDF outputs.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing preferred, to make simple changes in After Effect or Premiere
