Position Overview
The Marketing Assistant / Analyst will support the end-to-end development, production, and delivery of Provider Directories. This role is accountable for ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality standards, and timely execution of deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and quality assurance capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure superior quality outcomes across all phases of Provider Directory development and distribution, maintaining full compliance and on-time delivery.
- Evaluate and address impacts of strategic initiatives, regulatory requirements, and compliance updates on Provider Directories.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate development, review, and execution activities.
- Conduct detailed Quality Assurance (QA) reviews to validate accuracy, completeness, and compliance of materials.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, training materials, and speaking points for leadership meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Analyze moderately complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to cross-functional solutions addressing systemic challenges.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend efficiency-driven enhancements (productivity gains, cost reduction, error mitigation).
- Support enterprise-wide innovation initiatives through concept development, analysis, implementation, evaluation, and scaling phases.
Required Qualifications

- Quality Assurance experience
- Strong analytical skills - Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Exposure to Project Management methodologies
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of related professional experience required
