Paid Social Media Internship - Transition into Part-Time Role
Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid – filming on-site, posting/editing remotely)
Hours: 4–10 hours/week (2–4 hours on-site at 111th & Memorial)

Role Summary
We’re seeking a motivated social media intern to help grow SportStrength’s online presence. This hybrid role involves:
· Filming content on-site (located at 111th & Memorial)
· Editing and posting content remotely
· Creating and executing social media campaigns
· Analyzing performance metrics to optimize growth
· Supporting digital marketing strategy while working directly with athletes and the coaching team
This is hands-on experience in sports media, content creation, and brand growth, with the potential to transition into a paid part-time role for high-performing interns.
Responsibilities
· Plan, create, and post engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook (1–3 posts per day per channel)
· Collaborate with the SportStrength team to capture training and behind-the-scenes content
· Research trends, hashtags, and content strategies to grow follower engagement
· Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements
· Help implement paid ad campaigns to amplify top-performing content
Requirements
· Genuine passion for social media and content creation
· Love for sports or an athletic background (current or former athlete preferred)
· Reliable, organized, and able to manage deadlines independently
· Understanding of social media growth strategies is a plus (not required)
· Available 4–10 hours per week, including 2–4 hours in-person at our Tulsa facility for filming
· Willing to start as a paid intern with the opportunity to transition into a paid part-time role, plus performance-based incentives for high-performing content
