Tierra Sagrada is looking for a part-time, freelance content creator to help document and share what we do. Our work centers on hands-on learning, community projects, and caring for land and place. We’re looking for someone who can capture real moments and help tell those stories simply and honestly.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys being around people, paying attention to small details, and filming work as it happens.
What you’ll do:
- Attend occasional classes, workshops, and community events
- Film short video clips, mostly vertical and phone-based
- Create Instagram Reels and simple social posts
- Capture people learning, building, planting, and working together
What we’re looking for:
- A natural sense for storytelling and everyday moments
- Comfort being around groups and active work spaces
- Basic video skills (a smartphone is fine)
- Interest in community work and hands-on learning
- Dependable and easy to communicate with
