Introduction
Lift Brands is seeking proposals from qualified social media partners (agencies or individual
freelancers) to lead the strategy, creation, and management of social media content for our Snap
Fitness brand throughout 2026.
The corporate office is located in Chanhassen, Minnesota, and the selected partner must be located
in the Twin Cities metro area to support ongoing photo and video capture within local Snap Fitness
gyms and our headquarters.
The engagement will begin January 1, 2026, with the expectation that it will continue throughout
2026 and potentially into future years.

Objectives
For 2026, Snap Fitness is seeking a social media partner to:
• Bring the brand to life on social media by telling stories that reflect the physical, mental, and
business benefits Snap Fitness provides to members, owners, and prospects alike.
• Drive B2C outcomes by building awareness, sparking engagement, and converting interest
into qualified leads and gym memberships.
• Support B2B franchise development by elevating our LinkedIn presence to attract high-
quality franchise prospects.
• Build an organic-first strategy that leverages consistent, high-quality content and
community engagement across platforms.
The selected partner will be expected to provide expertise and recommendations to refine our
content approach throughout the year, making data-informed adjustments to produce the
strongest possible impact.
Scope of Work
The partner will be responsible for end-to-end social media support, including but not limited to:
Social Strategy & Planning
• Develop a comprehensive 2026 social media strategy covering both B2C and B2B
audiences.
• Define content pillars, posting cadence, and platform-specific approaches for:
o B2C: Primarily Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with recommendations for
additional channels (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
o B2B: Primarily LinkedIn, with recommendations for supporting platforms as
appropriate.
• Align social strategy with Snap Fitness brand guidelines, promotions, campaigns, and
key calendar moments.
• Create monthly content calendars and participate in periodic planning sessions with
the Snap Fitness team.
Idea Generation & Content Creation
• Generate content ideas and campaign concepts across the full year, including:
o Brand storytelling, gym culture, member stories, and staff highlights.
o Educational and inspirational fitness content.
o Franchise development storytelling (owner profiles, behind-the-scenes,
business outcomes).
• Capture original photo and video content in Twin Cities–area Snap Fitness gyms on a
recurring basis.
• Produce content including (but not limited to):
o Short-form video
o Carousels and simple motion graphics
o Static image posts
• Edit content, write captions, and suggest tags and platform-specific optimizations.
Scheduling & Publishing
• Schedule content across all platforms using approved tools.
• Ensure content publishes consistently, including around key promotions, campaigns,
and seasonal moments.
• Coordinate timing with national campaigns and other marketing activities led by Snap
Fitness.
Community Management
• Monitor comments, direct messages, tags, and mentions to ensure timely and brand-
appropriate responses.
• Engage with audiences in a manner that reflects Snap Fitness’ supportive, empathetic,
and inclusive tone.
• Identify recurring questions, feedback themes, or engagement opportunities and
surface them to the Snap Fitness team.
• Proactively engage on social platforms—such as liking, commenting, and interacting
with relevant accounts—to help prime platform algorithms and strengthen the
performance of scheduled organic content.
• Maintain a consistent and constructive presence that reinforces brand sentiment and
fosters meaningful community connection.
Data Analytics & Reporting
• Track core metrics across platforms, such as:
o Reach, impressions, engagement rate
o Clicks and traffic to website and landing pages
o Lead-related or key event metrics where available
o Audience growth and content performance trends
• Provide monthly reporting along with insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Participate in periodic review sessions (e.g., quarterly) to refine the overall approach
based on performance.
Planning
Upon the start of the contract, Snap Fitness will:
• Conduct an initial onboarding session to review key strategic priorities for 2026, goals, target
audiences, and internal processes.
• Share any historical performance data, prior campaigns, and content examples.
• Collaborate with the selected partner to refine the 2026 strategy, content pillars, and
workflow.
Content Capture in Clubs
Timing & Location
The selected partner must be based in the Twin Cities metro area to film and photograph in Snap
Fitness clubs on a recurring basis.
The partner will:
• Work with Snap Fitness to identify appropriate clubs and times for content capture.
• Plan recurring shoots to build a library of content featuring members, staff, equipment,
workouts, and club environments.
• Recommend an appropriate cadence and duration for in-gym content capture days (e.g.,
monthly or quarterly).
If the partner believes more or less time is required to adequately support the content strategy, this
should be clearly outlined in the proposal along with cost implications.
Talent and Permissions
• The partner should coordinate with club staff and members for any on-camera features as
needed.
• The partner should outline any requirements for appearance releases, waivers, or other
legal documentation related to featuring individuals in content.
Equipment
• The partner will provide all necessary equipment for photo and video capture (e.g.,
cameras, lighting, stabilizers, microphones, etc.).

The estimated budget for this contracted position is between $5,000-$7,000/mo depending on work experience, recommended plan and approach, etc.
